So excited to be using our new mat space! We have been able to separate the bigger classes and get our cardio Kickboxing using our Impact Wrap technology going!! The new section will be great to use for our Summer Camps here in Middletown, DE also!! Summer camps are just around the corner, time does go by so fast! We are looking forward to Summer Camps!

Best place for karate. The whole entire frank family is so nice and considerate. Absolutely love this place.
